Pioneer Concrete has a long history dating back to 1934 when Alessandro Petrillo, an Italian immigrant, came to America and founded A. Petrillo & Sons Concrete. In 1993, Michael and Bill Petrillo, the fourth generation of Petrillo’s in the concrete business, formed Pioneer Concrete, which became a member of Oldcastle Materials, Inc. in 2006.

Today, Pioneer Concrete is the largest ready-mix producer and concrete pumping service in Delaware and surrounding regions. Our mission continues to be to consistently provide excellent service and quality products to our concrete customers in a highly professional manner.
