Tilcon Launches Express Program for Customers
Customers experience shorter wait times, less traffic at Tilcon Express locations
DOVER, Del. (May 9, 2005) -
Tilcon-Delaware, the area’s largest paving and construction materials supplier, recently launched its Tilcon Express program at facilities throughout Delaware. The new program is designed to make materials pickup an easy, convenient, single-source process at locations designated exclusively for Tilcon Express customers.
“The Tilcon Express program ensures that all of the different products a customer needs are currently in stock at one location before scheduling a pickup,” Tilcon General Manager Damian Murphy said. “This eliminates the need for a customer to conduct pickups at several locations, providing greater convenience and saving valuable time.”
“In addition, these locations will be designated solely for Tilcon Express customers, resulting in less traffic flow and shorter wait times,” Murphy added. “With this program, customers can really control their own destinies as to when they get their materials.”
Tilcon Express is available at Tilcon’s Wilmington, Georgetown and Dover locations. Tilcon Express customers will have exclusive pickup use of the Wilmington and Georgetown facilities and will have a designated silo at the Dover facility.
